Do I need to download anything?
No. If you have WhatsApp, you have everything you need. There is no app, no browser extension, no account to create and no software to keep updated — and nothing to get your IT team involved in.
How fast is it?
Seconds. A receipt sent at the counter is usually read, categorised and filed before you have put your phone back in your pocket. A batch of twenty comes back as one summary rather than twenty replies.
Do I have to categorise them myself?
No — the AI picks a category as it files, so the sorting is done while the spend is still recent rather than guessed at weeks later. If it chooses badly, change it in the portal and the export follows.
How do I sign up?
Message us on WhatsApp and give us your email address once. That's the whole signup — you can start sending receipts in the same conversation, and the email is also how you sign in to the portal.
What happens to my receipt photos?
Each image is archived in your own private folder and linked to the expense it belongs to, so you always have the original to hand — for a client, an audit or a warranty claim.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export everything to CSV from the portal whenever you like, and take it to your accountant or straight into your accounting system.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Everyone gets their own private space, keyed to their own WhatsApp number and email address. One person's receipts are never visible to another.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
Open the portal and correct the row. The archived photo sits next to it, so you can check the figure against the receipt itself rather than taking the extraction on trust. Anything it was unsure of is flagged for review rather than filed quietly.
